With the intense flavour of its raw materials, this pesto offers a taste characterised by a delicate and very pleasant final persistence. Green bean pesto is original and at the same time adaptable, to be used for aperitifs, starters, first courses and as a condiment for white and red meat.

Green bean pesto is a unique pesto, created with the intention of offering products that can satisfy different and new tastes, through the elevation of an excellent raw material. In this case we process our green beans in the simplest way possible, using only the highest quality ingredients. This allows us to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the green beans, as well as the nutritional properties of these legumes, which are source of fibre, minerals and vitamins. 

Our green bean pesto has the intensity of flavour that characterises the original raw material, enhanced by the taste of cheese and a pinch of basil Genovese DOP, an harmony of aromas that accompanies the taste to the end, with delicacy and extreme pleasure for the senses.

A 100% Italian green bean pesto garlic-free and with vegetable rennet

Orominerva green bean pesto is made from a few selected, all-Italian ingredients. It is a garlic-free pesto and, above all, it contains long-ripened cheese with vegetable rennet. This rennet is produced by extracting plant enzymes from thistle flowers, which makes the cheese lighter. It means that the pesto can also be eaten by vegetarians.

The recipe for our green bean pesto is simple, but not ordinary. Like any excellent preparation, it requires values at the origin that guide an exclusive path: ours starts from the past and goes in search of an open and renewed goodness.
