Express courier
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by express courier, GLS for Italy, UPS for abroad.
While you are ordering it is compulsory to enter your telephone number (mobile if possible) so that the courier can contact you if needed.
Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the destination address.
Delivery times
Delivery takes 2-3 working days in Italy and 6-12 working days abroad, including order preparation times. In particular periods (e.g. Christmas holidays, August) delivery times may be longer.
The delivery times indicated in the purchase phase must be considered purely indicative.
Products are shipped only after full payment has been received. Delivery times are therefore calculated from the moment the payment is credited on our bank account.
Shipping costs
Delivery in Italy is free of charge for orders over €59.00 including VAT. For orders of a lower amount the shipping cost is €4.90 VAT included.
For orders to be shipped abroad, the shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system based on the weight of the items purchased.
Shipping costs for foreign countries start from 13.21 euros VAT included.
Non-EU customers complete the order without paying VAT but bear the customs duties and customs clearance to be paid on delivery.
Collection at Orominerva
For faster delivery conditions, you can choose to collect the goods directly at our company in Cerro al Volturno, Località Valloni.
Orders received before 11.00 a.m. on working days can be collected from 3.30 p.m. of the same day. Orders received after 11.00 a.m. or on non-working days can be collected from 11.00 a.m. of the next working day, unless otherwise agreed.
The opening hours of the collection point are as follows.
Monday-Friday: 9.00-13.00 / 14.00-17.30
Saturday and Sunday: closed.
