The basis of the recipe is the delicious fruit, picked at the right level of ripeness so that it is sweet and juicy; we then add our precious EVO oil and a dash of lemon juice. 

Our mango cream is exceptional in the company of cheeses; it perfectly accompanies both fresh and medium- and long-aged cheeses. And for those who want to be amazed, the tip is to try the mango cream with a fish fry!
