Our tomato puree comes from an artisan production process, in which fresh tomatoes, grown and harvested both in our own and neighbouring areas, are processed from fresh and blanched in water before being pureed. Pasteurisation is also traditional bain-marie, carried out at a slow pace, unlike the more industrial dynamics.
In 2017 it was awarded by Gambero Rosso as the best artisan puree in Italy. An important recognition, confirming undisputed quality and taste.
