Orominerva olive paté with truffle is a paté of coarse-grained Leccino olives with the addition of black summer truffles. Its coarse grain gives a very characteristic rustic feeling.

With an intense and at the same time delicate flavour, very well balanced, the truffle olive paste is an excellent condiment for bruschetta, to be served as an aperitif or hors d'oeuvre, and for white or red meat main courses.

Also ideal for vegetarians.

The truffle olives paté is one of Orominerva's latest delicacies, a very special paté that combines the rusticity of Leccino olives with the intensity of black summer truffles.

As in the classic olive paté, we use excellent raw materials, including a variety of olives that has always been present in our area and used to produce high quality extra virgin olive oil.

The Leccino olives are also the protagonists of this new recipe, and are carefully selected to bring only the best, coarse-grained olives to the process. To their goodness and typical flavour we add the naturalness of a few other ingredients, including our EVO oil and, finally, a little black truffle, which is crucial to characterise the profile of this paté.

We obtain an enveloping, intense taste, always very pleasant and particularly interesting to enrich different preparations with a special imprint, that of the Orominerva quality.
