Truffle pesto for vegetarians too
Our truffle basil pesto includes the usual attention to the selection of ingredients and how they are processed. We add the Orominerva imprint and, as in L'altro pesto verde, we choose not to use garlic and to use only vegetarian ingredients.
We use long-ripened cheese with vegetable rennet, which is therefore produced by extracting vegetable enzymes from thistle flowers.
